Cambrex Corporation East Rutherford, NJ
Cambrex Corporation is a global, diversified life sciences company dedicated to providing products and services to accelerate and improve the discovery and commercialization of human therapeutics. Merrimack has formed a collaboration with Cambrex Bio Science Hopkinton, Inc., a subsidiary of Cambrex, for the cGMP manufacture of MM-093 to be used in clinical trials to assess the potential of MM-093 to treat multiple autoimmune diseases.

DYAX Corp. Cambridge, MA
DYAX Corp. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of antibodies, small proteins and peptides as therapeutic products for unmet medical needs, particularly in the areas of inflammation and oncology. Dyax is a leader in the use of phage display technology to produce high-affinity antibodies against targets of interest.  Merrimack has formed a collaboration with Dyax under which Dyax is using its proprietary technologies to generate antibodies against Merrimack's targets that Merrimack will evaluate for commercial development.

GTC Biotherapeutics Framingham, MA
GTC Biotherapeutics is a leader in the development, production, and commercialization of therapeutic proteins through transgenic animal technology. Merrimack is engaged with GTC in a strategic partnership for the production of MM-093 for clinical development and testing.

Infotrieve, Inc. Los Angeles, CA
Infotrieve, Inc. is a global provider of content management technology and information services for the life sciences and other R&D-intensive industries that pioneer important scientific, technical, and medical (STM) breakthroughs. Merrimack utilizes the Infotrieve Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). We adopted ELN to facilitate interdisciplinary research, collaboration, and to secure intellectual property (IP). As an early adopter, Merrimack has collaborated closely with Infotrieve to implement the Infotrieve ELN and provide feedback for valuable enhancements.

LineaGen Corp. Salt Lake City, UT
LineaGen Research Corporation is a contract research and licensing organization that utilizes a powerful population genetics discovery platform to identify and validate biomarkers, coordinate clinical trials, and identify  health-promoting and disease-causing genetic factors.  Merrimack is collaborating with LineaGen to further assess the potential of MM-093 in various autoimmune disease indications.

Novartis Institutes of Biomedical Research Cambridge, MA
The Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) is the global research organization of Novartis Pharmaceuticals.  Merrimack is working with NIBR in a Network Biology-based research collaboration.  The project utilizes Merrimack’s proprietary computational modeling and high-throughput experimental biology technologies to support pre-clinical and clinical development efforts.   

Selexis SA Geneva, Switzerland
Selexis SA is a biotechnology company dedicated to the development of innovative technologies and expert services related to recombinant protein manufacturing. Through this collaboration, Merrimack accesses Selexis’ SURE Cell Line Development (SM) to develop mammalian cell lines for the research, development and manufacturing of Merrimack’s therapeutic candidates.

Teranode Corporation Seattle, WA
Teranode is the leading innovator in experiment design automation (XDA) software for Life Sciences. Merrimack Pharmaceuticals has been collaborating closely with Teranode Corporation to implement and improve the Teranode Design Suite. Teranode Design Suite provides software tools to integrate experiment data and streamline analytic protocols from our proteomics discovery platform.

The Mathworks, Inc. Natick, MA
MathWorks is the leading global provider of software for technical computing and Model-Based Design. Merrimack is a beta-testing MathWorks SimBiology 1.0 to build mathematical models of signal transduction pathways. These models are used in the drug discovery process to identify drug targets, to design new drugs and in the design of wet-lab experiments.
